Updated from 2.3 to 3.7; cannot get PM/SEARCH buttons at bottom of posts

Hi, in my old forum, under each post in a thread, we had displayed (for each user if applicable) the Profile button, PM button, search button, website button, add to buddy button, etc. Now, I don't get any of these.
It's not a skin issue, even if I use the default vBulletin 3 template, I still don't get anything like that at the bottom of each post.
Can anyone tell me where is the setting that now controls this? Been unable to locate it. Thanks.Thank you! Wow, that's not obvious at all (at least coming from using 2.3 ;)) - I never would have found that. I'm going to see if I can add a downward pointing triangle button there or something as well, I think my forum members will also never find it unless I explain it to them first.
